Prof. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty (Dr. Neil) is a distinguished academic mentor and research advisor, widely recognized for guiding doctoral scholars and early-career researchers across diverse disciplines. Holding a PhD in Management Science, a Doctor of Education (Ed.D), and Master’s degrees in both Education and Business Administration, he brings a rare blend of scholarly rigor and practical industry insight to research supervision.
Dr. Neil is the Founder and President of East Bridge University and the Founder of the Asian College of Teachers, and he leads multiple education and training initiatives across Asia and the Middle East. He currently serves as a doctoral advisor for several universities, supporting scholars in designing robust methodologies, refining conceptual frameworks, and producing high-quality, impactful dissertations.

Dr Maurice Kenneth Dimmock, United Kingdom

Dr Dimmock gained his Honours degree in Physics and Physical Electronics, at Newcastle in the UK, which led him to undertaking his Doctorate research in thin film deposition for the development of integrated electronic devices. He studied his M.Ed. at Hull University and acted as examiner for various examination boards and was an advisor in the writing of the book ‘Physics is Fun’. Dr Dimmock is a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and Member of the Institute of Physics. He is also a Chartered Engineer and Euro Engineer. He was appointed at Northumbria University as Director of International development and he was also involved in several World Bank Development projects totalling £32m. Dr Dimmock is also on the judging panel for various Educational Awards around the world. He was also Consultant for 3 years with QS, who operate the World University Ranking System and the QS 5 Star rating. Dr Dimmock was asked by the UK Government to set up an accrediting body (ASIC) to work with the UK Government and Dr Dimmock is Chair of Trustees of NCUL ( An Italian University with a base in London).

Jenny Hale, creator of the Hale Method®, is a former Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sydney, currently serving as Director of Studies at Authentic Living (Australia) and Associate Director of Psychology, Arts, and Humanities at East Bridge University (France). She has an Honours degree in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, a doctorate in Education Leadership and Administration, and decades of experience as a coach, trainer and mentor. Her research explores the intersection between education and psychology. The Hale Method takes a competency-based approach to simultaneously address issues at multiple levels - physiological, subconscious, cognitive and interpersonal.

Dr Suparnaa holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Postgraduate qualification in Mass Communication and Public Relations, in addition to a Doctoral Degree in Education. She currently serves as the Director at a leading educational institution, where she is into academic leadership and oversees quality assurance frameworks. Dr Suparnaa is a dynamic professional with 20+ years of experience spanning education, journalism, and corporate communications. She combines advisory, training, and leadership expertise with a strong passion for continuous learning. Her academic and professional competencies include educational leadership, curriculum design, academic content development, quality assurance, faculty mentoring, and doctoral research supervision. As a doctoral defense panelist and mentor, she contributes to strengthening research rigor and promoting scholarly discourse within higher education.

With a rich educational background spanning four decades, Karl has seamlessly navigated primary, secondary, and tertiary teaching across diverse settings—from metropolitan to remote and international schools. His teaching and leadership roles have taken him across Australia, the United States, Thailand, Singapore and England.
Notably, Karl co-authored pioneering works such as one of the first Primary Years Scope & Sequence books and the motivation book "A Focus on Success," published by SIU in Thailand. Beyond the classroom, Karl has provided consultancy services, specializing in executive coaching and mentoring for C-Suite clients in both government and private sectors.
Active in community service, Karl served as a Justice of the Peace, co-presiding over Magistrate's Court in Western Australia alongside fellow JPs. In his recent role, Karl served as a School's Inspector with ASIC, a leading global accreditation body. Whilst with ASIC, Karl conducted inspections as the Lead/ Reporting Inspector worldwide, including in Iraq, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, India, and Jordan.
Karl decided to resign from ASIC in February 2024 to join IEAC.

Dr Janat (PhD, M.Ed., B.Ed. ICF-ACC, DTM) is an international educator, speaker, and trainer from Canada. She has a doctorate in Education Leadership and has a wealth of knowledge of international training, teaching, and culturally responsive leadership. She currently works at a public Montessori school with the vision of equity for all. She is a Certified Teacher from Canada, a Certified Texas Principal and Teacher, a certified ICF coach, and a Google Certified Educator. She is passionate about student agency, leadership, and social emotional learning. She has worked internationally as an administrator, teacher, reading interventionist, workshop presenter, keynote speaker, guest lecturer, and trainer on leadership, differentiation, assessment, and social emotional learning, and worked with organizations in Thailand and Myanmar for democracy in education.

Dr. Tamogni Das is a researcher and educator with a Ph.D. in Gender Studies from the Tata
Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), India. With over seven years of experience in teaching and
research, she currently serves as Assistant Manager (Academics) at the Asian College of Teachers
and has previously taught at TISS. Her research focuses on gender, health, education, inequality,
and intersectionality in the Global South. Her doctoral work examined anemia among Adivasi
women in the Sundarbans through a feminist ethnographic lens. She has contributed to ICSSR-
and NCW-funded projects on welfare policy and gender equity, presented papers at national and
international conferences, and complements her academic interests with a passion for visual and
performing arts.

Dr. D. R. Shri Varshini Gowtham holds a Doctorate in Education and Leadership from the European International University, with highest distinction. With over 13+ years of academic experience, she specializes in English Language Teaching (ELT) Methodology and Pedagogy, Technical English, and ICT and AI Integration in Language across Engineering, Arts, and Humanities institutions. She serves as a Senior Academic Research Assistant at Asian College of Teachers and has guided doctoral and post-doctoral scholars under ACT/EBU in research development.
A certified TESOL/TEFL educator and DELF/DALF-qualified linguist, Dr. Varshini has trained over 8000 learners in English and French and coached students for IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, and TESOL exams. Her research includes 12 international publications (IEEE, WOS, SCOPUS) presented in National and International conferences. She has written 35 literary anthologies, along with Guinness and India Book of Records recognitions. Passionate about inclusive education and innovative pedagogy, she continues to inspire learners globally through her dedication to research, teaching, and multilingual education.
